About Execute

Your home.
Your priorities first.

Jerry Nguyen, Managing Director of Execute Construction

Managing Director

Jerry Nguyen

I am a NSW licensed builder and project manager with more than seven years of construction and project management experience across heritage works, refurbishments, renovations and additions.

I started Execute after seeing families invest heavily in design, only to discover that the home they imagined could not be built within their budget. My experience on complex residential, heritage and commercial projects taught me to consider the existing building, construction and cost together, while there are still options.

I start by listening to how your family lives, what isn’t working and what you want to keep. Much like a diagnosis, I ask questions and understand the home before developing a practical direction. I bring function, buildability and budget into the early concept, then coordinate your chosen designer or architect and the relevant specialists as the design is refined.

I remain your primary point of contact, connecting your priorities, design, budget, consultants and builder through the stages included in your appointment. The agreed decisions, budget assumptions and known risks move forward together. Your appointed builder undertakes and supervises the works; my role is project management and practical support for your decisions.

Professional Background

Commercial-grade project management,
applied to your home.

Your home is personal. The experience behind it should give you confidence.

My background spans complex residential, heritage, health, industrial and education projects, bringing together design, consultants, budgets and construction.

That experience shapes how we approach your renovation at EXECUTE: asking questions early, considering cost alongside design and keeping the important decisions connected.

The scale is different. The care and discipline should not be.

Heritage refurbishment requires careful consideration of the building being retained and how new work connects to it. That construction thinking informs Execute’s early design and cost discussions.
