Talk us through how your family uses the home, what frustrates you and what you want to keep. We discuss your priorities, budget and next steps using the information you provide. A site investigation, feasibility assessment or concept is part of a separately agreed appointment. If further support would help, we explain the proposed scope and fees before you commit.

If you have a budget in mind, existing drawings or other information, mention that in your description. If you’re unsure, we can start with the problems you want to solve.

Detailed investigations and ongoing project management are quoted separately. Third-party consultants, reports, surveys and approval fees are paid by the homeowner. Preliminary budgets are indicative and refined as the project develops.
